Orders
Browse our shop, select your gift, choose variant and quantity, then proceed to checkout. Select your delivery date & slot, enter the recipient's address, and complete payment. You'll receive an order confirmation email and SMS instantly.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided the order is still in "Pending" status. Once the order moves to "Confirmed" or "Shipped," changes cannot be made. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp for urgent requests.
Yes, a free account is required to place orders. This allows you to track your order, save addresses, manage wishlists, and view order history. Registration takes under 30 seconds using your email or Google account.
Absolutely! During checkout, you can select any available future delivery date up to 30 days in advance and choose your preferred time slot (morning, afternoon, evening, or midnight where applicable).
Delivery
We offer multiple time slots: Morning (8 AM–12 PM), Afternoon (12 PM–4 PM), Evening (4 PM–8 PM), Fixed-Time (at your chosen hour, +₹50 surcharge), and Midnight (11 PM–1 AM, available in select cities).
Same-day delivery is available in 100+ cities across India. Orders must be placed before 4:00 PM for same-day fulfilment. Availability is shown during checkout based on your pincode. Midnight delivery is currently available in Tier-1 cities.
You can track your order in real-time via the Track My Order page using your order ID and registered email. You'll also receive SMS and email updates at key delivery milestones.
Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If unsuccessful, the gift is safely returned to our facility. Our team will contact you to reschedule delivery at no additional charge within 24 hours.
Payment
We accept all major payment methods via Razorpay: UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pincodes.
Yes, completely. All payments are processed through Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. We never store your card details. All transactions use 256-bit SSL encryption.
Enter your coupon code at checkout in the "Apply Coupon" field. Discounts are applied instantly to your order total. One coupon code can be used per order. Some coupons have minimum order values or are valid for specific categories only.
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. UPI/card refunds reflect in 3–5 days; NEFT/netbanking may take up to 7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
Returns & Refunds
Perishable items (fresh flowers, cakes, food products) cannot be returned once delivered. For non-perishable items, returns are accepted within 48 hours if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. See our full Return Policy.
Once your refund request is approved (typically within 24 hours of submission), funds are returned to your original payment method in 3–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation at each step.
Products & Personalisation
Yes. All product images are actual photographs of the items we deliver. Minor variations in shade or size are natural for handcrafted gifts but the overall arrangement and design will closely match the listing.
Yes! At checkout, you can add a customised message card included with your gift. For photo-printed items (mugs, frames, cushions), upload your image during the ordering process. Our team handwrites or prints your message with care.
