Refund or Replacement
Upon approval, choose a full refund (3–7 business days) or a free replacement delivered at the next available slot.

- Item delivered in damaged or broken condition
- Wrong product delivered (different from order)
- Significant quality defect detected on arrival
- Missing items from a combo order
- Incorrect personalisation (our error)
Not Eligible for Return
- Fresh flowers, cakes, chocolates, and perishable food
- Items with personalisation specified correctly by the buyer
- Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery
- Items returned without original packaging (where applicable)
- Return requests raised after 48 hours of delivery
